Admission Requirements
We welcome students from different backgrounds who are ready to learn, grow, and make the most of their abilities. At St. Andrew’s College Ssanda, we aim to provide a supportive environment where every learner is given the opportunity to succeed both in and outside the classroom.
To be considered for admission at St. Andrew’s College Ssanda, applicants are required to present the following documents depending on the level they are applying for.
O-Level Admission Requirements
Students joining O-Level are required to submit:
1. A Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) results slip and certificate
2.A birth certificate (original and photocopy for verification)
3.Recent school report cards
4.Four passport-size photographs
5. A completed application form
A-Level Admission Requirements
Students joining A-Level are required to submit:
1. A Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) results slip or certificate
2. A birth certificate (original and photocopy for verification)
3. Recent school report cards
4. Four passport-size photographs
5. A completed application form
Admission Procedure
The admission process at St. Andrew’s College Ssanda is simple and easy to follow. Parents and students are guided at every step to ensure a smooth application.
Step 1: Application Form
Collect an application form from the school office or download it from the website where available.
Step 2: Submission
Return the completed form together with all the required documents to the school office.
Step 3: Assessment (if required)
Some applicants may be asked to sit a short written test to help determine the appropriate level of placement.
Step 4: Interview
Applicants may attend a brief interview to help the school understand their interests and readiness for the next level.
Step 5: Admission Offer
Successful applicants are issued with an admission letter containing joining instructions.
Step 6: Registration
Admission is confirmed after payment of the required fees and completion of the registration process.
Fee Structure
We aim to keep our school fees affordable while maintaining a high standard of education. Our fee structure is designed to be clear and manageable for parents.

Please note that boarding fees and school uniforms are charged separately.
Scholarships & Financial Support
We understand that some students may have the ability to perform well but face financial challenges. The school offers a number of scholarships to support such learners.
Scholarships are awarded based on merit, discipline, and genuine need.
Who Can Apply
Scholarships may be considered for:
- Students with strong performance in PLE or UCE
- Students who consistently perform well in class (average score of 90% and above)
- Students from financially constrained backgrounds who are recommended by recognized community leaders
